Mode of Selection:

If number of applications are more, then choice committee will repair a criteria to shortlist the candidates. Only shortlisted candidates will be required the interview. Selection will be done on the basis of online interview through either Skype/Google Meet/Zoom or any other ideal software application, as decided by the competent authority.

Applications received after the due date will be turned down. The short-listed candidates will be notified through e-mail/website.

The interview date will be interacted to the shortlisted candidates through email.

Terms and Conditions:

The engagement will be on purely short-term and legal basis for the duration mentioned in the ad. It is specifically for the above mentioned research study work and the period shall be co-terminus with the project duration or till the completion of period whichever is previously. The engagement under this job does not confer any right/claim whatsoever either clearly or implicitly on the appointee for routine consultations in CSIR-NIO/CSIR, versus any post or otherwise under any legal conditions precedent. It would therefore, not provide any right/claim, implicit or specific, on the part of the prospects for regularization/absorption versus any post in CSIR/NIO or under any other plan of CSIR.

HRA will be paid based on the guidelines.

Incase of candidates qualified with NET/GATE certification, they may be thought about for higher emoluments based on the DST regulations of project staffs, subject to the approval of task funds and approval of competent authority.

Performance of the project personnel would be evaluated regularly so that any one not found as much as the mark, might be terminated with one month’s notice or one month’s stipend in lieu thereof.

The date for figuring out the upper age limit, credentials and/or experience shall be the closing date recommended for submission of applications.
